About the Community/Property:

Kiska Beach is one of the last true “Old Florida” neighborhoods on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach. This low-density residential area blends private homes with vacation rentals, offering a slower coastal pace and easy access to the sand without the crowds found farther east.

Beach Access 89 and 91 are both just a 4-minute walk from the home, leading to wide, uncrowded stretches of shoreline ideal for morning strolls, shell hunting, and sunset walks. The surrounding neighborhood features tree-lined streets perfect for biking or golf cart rides, with colorful cottages and relaxed local character throughout.

Guests are close to several PCB favorites, including Thomas Donut & Snack Shop, Sunnyside Grill, and Bayou Bill's Crab House. Pier Park—home to shopping, dining, and entertainment—is less than 10 minutes away, while the east end of 30A (Inlet Beach, Rosemary Beach, and Alys Beach) is a short drive for boutique shopping and dining.

Situated between Laguna Beach and Carillon Beach, Kiska Beach provides convenient access to multiple public beach entry points along Front Beach Road, making it a peaceful yet well-connected base for your Emerald Coast getaway.
