About the Vacation Rental Unit:

Set inside the gated Laguna Haven community on the West End of Panama City Beach, this 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home provides a comfortable setting for families, couples, and small groups looking for space to spread out while remaining close to the Gulf and the area's restaurants, shopping, and entertainment.

Step inside to an inviting interior accented by wood-look porcelain tile, soaring ceilings, crown molding, recessed lighting, and designer fixtures. The open living space makes it easy for everyone to spend time together after a day at the beach, while the home's four separate bedrooms provide plenty of room when guests want additional privacy.

At the center of the home is a well-appointed kitchen featuring fingerprint-resistant Samsung stainless steel appliances, Calacatta Bravos quartz countertops, soft-close Shaker-style cabinetry, an undermount sink, subway tile backsplash, and a walk-in pantry. Generous storage and counter space make the kitchen equally convenient for preparing a quick breakfast before heading to the Gulf or gathering around for dinner at home.

The primary suite offers a king bed and an ensuite bathroom featuring dual vanity sinks and a custom-tiled walk-in shower with a glass enclosure. A second queen bedroom gives another couple or adult guests a comfortable place to unwind. The third bedroom is also furnished with a queen bed, while the fourth bedroom has 2 twin-over-twin bunks for younger travelers.

The kitchen is one of the home's standout features. Quartz countertops pair with Shaker-style cabinetry and a subway tile backsplash, while stainless steel appliances provide everything needed for meals at home. A walk-in pantry offers additional storage for groceries, snacks, beach-day supplies, and other vacation essentials.

The master suite continues the home's polished design with tray ceilings and recessed LED lighting. Its private bathroom includes dual sinks and a spacious tiled walk-in shower, creating a convenient retreat at the end of the day.
